fuel pump driver fuse no power

2013 PPV TAHOE no power to either side fuse 21 FSCM. I traced it to these two green wires.
Where do these wire go to?

That looks like fuse #37 ?

no its fuse 21 in the 13 tahoe. when i jump it it powers the fuel pump

Looking at diagrams, all I can find is a red/white wire for power to the fscm (20A fuse?),
and a dark-green/white wire from ECM to FSCM..

Not sure what those light green wires are...

They deleted that fuse, check #56 and relay circled below. all shown in the owners manual....

i am starting to think this isnt the right fuse box for it. is there any way to tell

update fuse box replacement and original are both fried at fuel pump circuit. shops going to run a separated wire to fuel pump control
