FSCM fuse 21 no power to fuel pump. Where does the power supply come from so i can trace the problem.

How about a little info? Year, make, model, engine?

Is there power on both sides of the fuse?

13 tahoe ppv it does not have power on either side of the fuse

13 tahoe ppv i am not getting power to either side of the FSCM fuse 21. is this fuse always supposed to be hot when the key is on?
