I went out and it wouldn't start kept cranking and cranking. Pressed on the fuel line shrader valve and just a dribble of fuel came out. Tried starting it a few times and nothing. So I grabbed my 3 lb mallet and crawled under the gas tank and tapped it then it started up.
It starts up fine now but it's pinging again at 1500rpm+ so that's a sign the engine isn't getting enough fuel.
I'm not going to drive it anymore until I get the new pump.
Sucks because this is my daily driver and I'm broke gotta borrow money damnit
Anyway...what type of tool do i need to get the fuel lines off? The lines are 3/8 and 5/16 correct?
Is this the tool?
