Fuel Gauge Jump

I have a 1996 Chevy Tahoe and the fuel gauge tends to jump around a lot.

Does anyone know of a fix for this issue?

I noticed someone posting about this issue before but there was no fix mentioned.

If its jumping around alot at 1/2 or below its more or less a normal. If its jumping around alot above half then you could try dropping your tank and changing the float assembly.
