Front sway bar end links

The front sway bar end links looks like something is missing. The nuts are ran all the way down, but the bar still moves about 2" up and down on both sides. Is this correct? it doesn't look like it. All my others have always been tight. Do they need to be replaced? I think so.

a picture would be helpful, but there should be a black plastic piece in the middle with rubber fittings on the top and bottom of each side that the bolt runs through and it should not be loose.

Yeah, the black piece is in there, but it moves up and down. Ordered some new ones, should be here Thursday.

what moves up and down? is there a gap in it or something? it should look just like this with 4 rubber bushings

I know it seems to have a LOT of body roll to it right now. My '04 had 9" of lift on 35"s and didn't have no where near this much!!

Did that cure your body roll? Mine are the same way and I’m debating on just doing them and not the shocks/struts/springs.

Yes it did!!! Drives 100% better, it really hang a curve now. lol

I replaced mine when they did my level. I got mine from Orileys they have a lifetime warranty. Yours seem to be more heavy duty than mine... might take mine back and order some like yours. And there blue so that a plus!

I replaced mine when they did my level. I got mine from Orileys they have a lifetime warranty. Yours seem to be more heavy duty than mine... might take mine back and order some like yours. And there blue so that a plus!
