Front strut over/under lower control arm

Ive read that people will bolt the front struts under the lower control arms for more drop. How much more could I expect to get out of doing this?

About an inch though some saw a little more.

If you pursue the drop, be sure to use grade 8 or higher bolts, preferably #10 or #12.

Good point @Joseph Garcia. You’ll also want to have an alignment done.
