Front plate bracket

sorry if this was asked already but I can't find a thread. How can I remove the front plate bracket on my 2017 suburban.

Also are there holes in the bumper or is it mounted from below the bumper.

If you remove it you will have 4 holes in your front cover. It is installed with 4 rivets that you will have to drill out.
