Howdy folks,
I didn't find a thread on this already but it drove me nuts for a year so wanted to give a note to everyone in case someone else runs into the same rattle that sounds like it's coming from the C-pillar area. first off, check the usual suspects like making sure the jack and tools are secured, and the sunroof tubes haven't popped out of the clips and are loose in the pillar. Add checking all the screws are present and tight in the rear wheel well liners. I was missing one and at highway speeds the liner would vibrate and for whatever reason it sounded like it was coming out of the c-pillar.
