FM radio mod for better signal?

any one thought about doing the Avalanche antenna mod??? this sloppy FM glass-tenna sucks

if you really want to add a whip antenna like that pretty sure the fender has to come off there is NO room in there to do much of anything, my wife's mount was broke off on her 04 I managed to splice a new one in on the old cable otherwise it would have been a lot more work.

or you could go old school and use a antenna booster, used to use one similar WAY back in the day
