Firmness of breaks

How should breaks feel on 2019 chevy tahoe ppv ? Should they be super firm ? MY tahoe seems to have soft breaks compared to my gl450 .

My truck is a ‘23 and feel kind of soft compared to my wife’s RAV4 which are very sensitive.

I saw a comment that the 16” rotors have 22% more pad than 13.5”. Doesn’t seem worth the $3700 option imho (what happens to the old hardware which is brand new when dealer installs the Brembos). I’ve not driven the PPV but comparing a ‘25 Tahoe with an ‘07 BMW (front rotors same size lol) BMW is super firm, other is spongy. Nature of the beast. The Tahoe had 9
Miles so not defective or in need of service. I really think OP illustrated 6 piston is show.
