Here are some pictures. I powder coated the bumpers and the chrome part of the escalade roof rack. Also painted the grill and the little chrome strip that ran down the side. Let me know what you guys think.

Looks great!

On another note paint the flares , bumper pad and side trim to match. The Hi-Gloss and textured just clash IMO.

I love the blacked out Esky rack and the rear vents, nice touchs.

I have thought about that....I'm still on the edge on which way I might want to go with the textured stuff.

Are there any other opinions? Lets take a vote. Leave the texture untouched or paint it?

Paint! They never should have been an option. Getting rid of the last textured piece on Tuesday when my buddy is done painting the new one for me.

Guess stupid question but when painting the flares since they are textured... do you have to get new ones (if they exist) or can you sand those down smooth? or....???
I've always wnated to do it to my z just never knew how.

****! Truck looks good as it! If anything paint the flares to match leave the side steps unpainted...get all scuffed up. I am vertically challenged even on my lowered Escahoe I still use my side steps.

I was thinking the same thing. Anyone with any experience or good ideas for this?
