So got tired of the gold bowtie in the middle of the wheel...

And wanted to see what this would look like on the wheels to match the black bowties on the body...

Result, just very minor changes but I like looking down at the black on the steering wheel now more than the gold for sure.

What product or method did you use? I hate shiny or reflective surfaces in the cockpit.

Not much of a problem in the SSV, but in some of my other vehicles…

I have my pinstriping bruses I used, One Shot enamel. You can do the same with Model car paint and brushes with ease...
Reminds me of the time back in 1988 when I painted the Chevrolet badge on my 1976 Impala because it was starting to chip. My 16 yr old self was out there with my bottle of Testors Chrome Enamel paint and a small brush. After it dried, I went over it with gloss coat to help protect it. The rest of the car was starting to rust away, but man, that logo looked good!
