Hey guys, my name is Fuaad and im from Kuwait... I've been searching for a 2 door yukon/tahoe for a while now, and have been reading this forum since then.

Finally found a 1996 2 door Yukom SLE 4x4... Its in OK condition, not too good not too bad. Its going to be my new project and its going to be a semi-daily driver and wish to build it to become a keeper

Here it is:

Well first things first get rid of the nasty nerf bar and start debadging...

Kuwait looks pretty neat in you pics too. Kinda looks like where I have lived before in Arizona.

so far off to a great start. Make me want to debadge as well. But I am concerned the paint is slightly faded and I will have the ghost impressions of the badge. I puchased mine last month and already had to rebuild the tranny. NICE FJ! Huge Fan of the cruiser....

There might be a a bit of staining from dirt and water accumulating in there over the years. Polish and wax will remove 95% of it though. And if it's a lighter color you won't even notice if it's faded.

Hahaha no that aint me, thats an indian guy working in a sticker shop... I knew there had to be some glue and stuff sticking behind the badge, and i just finished my glue remover bottle, so decided to go to a sticker shop. But i took the nerf bar off at home ( and wasnt wearing any sandals :p)

Thanks guys for ur welcoming and nice comments. Will be posting more and more everytime i work on my Yukon.

And BTW im loving the Yukon more and more everyday ;)
