Thanks Jacob. It was well worth it to get under there and paint it. POR 15 is definitely a must-have when your side rails are exposed like mine are.

Thanks guys and yes it's WELL worth every penny. I bought the start kit that came with 'Marine Clean' and 'Metal Ready' to prep it before putting on the POR-15.

Thanks J. Yeaaaa i'm glad I never have to do that again. You end up being on the ground on your side for a solid 2 hours if you don't half-ass it haha. I'm OCD about shit like this so I made sure I did it right the first time so I don't have to do it again.

I strictly did the side rails that are completely exposed when you take the running boards off. Basically anything that is visible when looking at it from a side view is now covered in POR 15. Do it Edgar you won't regret it. It looks 10x better in person when you can't see any gross rusty stuff underneath the vehicle.

Will do, I just washed the truck today and looked underneath and it's a little worse than I thought. :(

So what's next Felix?

I still haven't put on my sweet polished bullet antenna on the avalanche so that'll be my next (mini) mod. After that it'll probably be those new V3 Triton LED's in my esky's reverse lights that V-leds.com has coming out soon. Followed by replacing my esky's hid fog's with Nokya 2500k bulbs. Nothing major :Handshake:

Yea it's never pretty down there lol. It's a lot worse when the running boards are off bc it's FULLY exposed. I didn't even really notice mine until they were off actually.
