Factory remote start not working 07 Yukon

I have an 07 Yukon Denali which came with factory remote start. It's worked no problem until recently, I had to have the ignition switch replaced and now when I use my remote start, the lights flash like usual but the vehicle doesn't start. Any ideas?

You must have a check engine light on. Fix that and it should work again.
