Factory Car alarm

Well I checked the manual and internet, but not finding anyway to turn off the alarm. I bought the yukon without the auto key so the only way to open is the actually keys itself. But locking the vehicle automatically from the inside causes it to alarm when I unlock the vehicle. Any suggestions?

Hi! I would recommend that you spend an extra $20-$30 and just buy a new key fob! That way you dont have to go through the hassle of unlocking it with the key.

I guess I have too, it's not my daily driver. It doesn't even sit in my apartment, but at my folk's place, my dad gets annoyed. ebay it is lol.
