how to get to license plate bulb

puddle light: flat screwdriver and pop the lens off
plate bulbs: go under your bumper and turn the bulb out.

Puddle light- there's a tab on the cover. Just use a flathead and gently pry open. Then use a small phillips to unscrew the 4 screws.
License plate light- Reach under the bumper and feel around for the bulb base. Turn 1/4 turn and pull out. Might be easier if you get under the truck.

there should be a little tab under the mirror if im not mistaken

as for the license plate bulbs you just have to reach under the rear bumper and twist to unlock the bulb
