Escalade 3rd row to Tahoe?

Anyone know if Escalade's 3rd row fits Tahoe? Same year vehicles?

Found a set, but don't want to make a drive if they don't fit. Seller doesn't know either. Thanks in advance.

Also, does anyone know if third row is legal in Germany? A friend of mine (not an American) has GL-Class and Mercedes advised him that 3rd is not allowed 9possible due to insurance reasons).

I'd imagine it fits, although the material/colors could different.

Yes, sounds pretty ridiculous to me as well. Well, researched confirmed that it. Thanks for confirmation. I will make a drive today as they look identical to my interior color.
