I have some weird stuff going on and I don't know if it's a bunch of little issues or related to one bigger issue.

I have random lights out on the interior. A few on the instrument cluster don't work, but I pulled it and checked them for continuity and they checked out fine. Also some of the radio lights don't work, three of the four power window controls don't light up. Temperature controls on the dash don't light up. Horn doesn't work, but I can hear the relay clicking when I push the horn. A few lines on the rear defroster work, three at the top and one at the bottom. Check oil level light comes and goes, but that might be a damaged connector from the engine swap.

Everything in the truck seems to work fine except for what I mentioned. The battery tested week at the last oil change. Would that be causing any odd issues?

Just looking for ideas before I go tearing everything apart trying to fix the little stuff.

from experience ive learned that a bad battery or low charging battery can cause a huge array of problems whats its voltage after the static charge has worn off meaning
after the vehicle has been off for like 30 minutes

What year? You mentioned a engine swap? I'm leaning toward a bad battery or loose/disconnected ground wires.

2002 Tahoe LS. Motor was swapped by a couple of guys my father knows. Not sure of the quality of their work, but I've been looking for disconnected wires or grounds and haven't seen any yet.

Drove it for several hours this morning. It's now been sitting for over an hour and the battery reads 12.76 volts.

12.6 volts is a full charge reading. I read that just after charging the volts can be higher for a period (1 hour or so?) - so you might be experiencing that or your meter is slightly off.
