So after the 6.0L LQ9 swap and dual electric fans from a 2010 silverado, aftermarket A/C compressor and mount. Whenever my Efans come on or the A/C is turned on I have a drop of voltage at my gauges and the truck idles rough but at the battery terminals I'm reading a good 13.9 volts. Is it my alternator? I pull no codes on my scanner and it doesn't throw any SES lights or anything. Any ideas?

Sounds like its not giving it more gas when the A/C turns on or the alternator starts putting a heavier load on the engine.

So I wonder what I should do..? I had someone do the wiring for me and now I don't live anywhere near them. Wish I would have had it done better, guy should have spent more time on it. Now I'm gonna have to get it rewired and this shit figured out cause its ******* annoying ha.

Check the wiring for the aftermarket compressor. The guy probably didn't wire the idle-up for the a/c clutch.

Do you have the manual or a wiring diagram for the compressor?

unknown at this time.
you need to look at where various circuits are spliced in and trace faults between there and what indicates a problem. if you see 13.9 at battery when problem is active you know alt is fine. you need to look further down stream in the flow for problems.
