2003 Tahoe electrical problems, when I hit a bump cluster lights come on 1.Battery,2. Brakes 3. Driver , and radio cuts off ? I’ve change ground wire from the back of engine ?????

The cluster lights (which ones?) come on but the battery, brakes, driver, and radio cut off? Could you describe the symptoms a bit more in detail?

Any recent work, other than the cylinder head-to-body ground (??) was changed?

Is the positive battery cable clean and tight, and the red box connections on that cable clean and tight?

Check all of your ground points there 6 if I'm not mistaken.
