My tahoe doesn't have limited slip. i have the eaton posi carrier, from my old '95 9C1 caprice, 8.5 axle. ( about 10,000 miles on it)
Can i put this carrier in my 8.5/8.6 rear, with the correct installation kit ( for the tahoe) , or is there something different about the housing that won't accept this. I'd rather not spend the money on a new unit, if i don't have to.
