Hey all. 2010 PPV with 155k miles. Since September, the tranny shifts roughly
( jumps) from 1-2 ,2-3. This only happens first thing in the am or after it has sat for awhile.
Once warm or after 5 mins of driving all is good.
Any ideas or similar experiences?

It was serviced regularly by the rcmp (police unit). My concern was something more than solenoids. I'll be doing a tranny fluid change come spring.
Hopefully just solenoids. Anyway to determine that? Codes?

I think to verify if it's the solenoids or not your would need a decent scanner or one these tech2's that are always recommended, otherwise see about having a shop run some test and they could tell if it is likely or not.

You can view the operation of and test the individual solenoids with the Tech2. The TCM I'm told is not serviceable, so you'd replace the whole thing. But do the fluids first and it should get them working proper again. It might also reveal other problems, just be ready for a complete overhaul and hope you just needed new fluid or a new TCM!

Merry Christmas!
