Duraflex SS Bumper Question

I was just wondering if the SS bumper sold by duraflex (such as the one shown below) is an actual bumper or one of those bumper covers.

cover, i have the same one, remove your tow hooks, fog lights and valance and it goes over your bumper.

Does it feel like it is loose at all? or is it sturdy.

Fit's really tight, really good fit.

Ok great thanks. I just hope the duraflex one doesn't look super long like this one this guy on youtube got for his tahoe. looks horrible, looks like it got hit in the jaw by Mike Tyson.

The one in the picture isn't a duraflex, duraflex has the line on top near the grill.

This is a duraflex...Not my ride btw.
