DRLs Not Working With New Bulbs

I checked the drl fuse under the hood and it appeared good, there is a drl relay also under the hood, does anyone know how to check the relay to see if its good or not

Are you checking them with the truck in gear?

Yes, I just checked the socket of one wit a test light and it had no voltage, do they only work in gear??

ok i just put the truck in neutral and they came one, thanks for the advice, i was beginning to freak out lol

Yep.....had the same issue when put in LED running bulbs and wanted to see what they looked like. Have a buddy start your hoe outside, put it in gear and hold the brake while you check the DRL's
