I just got my LED bulbs in for my DRL's (Daylight Running Light's) , and it looks Kick A$$, but i wanna have them on at night. does anyone know anyway to do this?

I have searched the forum (And other forums)
But cant find a definitive answer

Some ppl talk about a diod in place
Other ppl talk about re wiring them to the running lights and disconnecting the DRL plug

But which way is the correct way?

***UPDATE*** 10/7/2014

I ended up just splicing in the DRL's into the running light harness
Simple fix to an otherwise drawn out process :jester:

Regards, Rick

What year is your truck? 03+ you can do the 4low/6hi mod and just move the diode to the drl relay instead of putting it on the fog light relay

I also bought the marker lights (WHITE)

I had to replace my "Blinker" switch with a "LED" compatible one

Any help is appreciated

So your turn signals are white? So are mine, but because the orange has peeled off...

Actually because I installed that new LED blinker switch
Only my outer "Marker" LED blinks (Not the Bigger LED)
Which is awesome BTW because the blinker LED stays steady on all the time now

So your turn signal's visibility is minimal from the front? And pretty much the entire bottom lamp is a DRL?

You should post a pic :)

So bright, can't see what I'm writing....

So almost the entire bottom lamp is a white DRL? I like it. I want to do something similar but with switchbacks so the entire lamp will alternate orange-white when the turn signal is activated.
