I have a 11 Chevy Tahoe LT. The front drivers power seat. Everything works but the front tilt up or down. I can hear the motor make a noise when I press the switch. Could the motor be bad or can it be the switch? All other functions work on the seat. Except tilt on the front. What would be the best way to fix this.

Thanks,
Ramiro

My guess is that if the motor is trying to turn, or is turning, the switch probably isn’t the issue since the switch is getting power to the motor. I would check to make sure something didn’t come loose or stripped under the seat.

I'll take the seat out and take a look at it.
