Dried Yellowish Liquid on Front Differential (SOLVED: popped engine mount)

Does anyone know the best way to clean off all the yellow goo from the popped motor mount? I tried a pressure washer and the stuff is still on there.

I'd try some brake cleaner and see if it cuts the goo. Then, wash/rinse with water to remove any residual cleaner.
