I have two problems not related but both involve removing the drivers door panel, and the parts needed are pricey.
Seat heater - comes on at random by itself. Upon researching, it seems replacing the switch seems to fix it most of the time but not always. Any other possible cause? The actual seat heating pads have been replaced and are all working good.
Door lock - switch doesn't work at all but was intermittent at first. Remote works fine. I figure this is simply the switch itself, but since it includes windows and mirror controls, it's also pricey.
Before I spend $250 (that's non-OEM) I was wondering if any of you had experience with either, and could give me any tips before I spend the cash. Thanks in advance!
