So, I was removing the drivers door panel to replace speakers. I included the large wiring harness and before I could remove the door handle actuator, the panel slipped and the plastic that holds the cable in place, broke! Anyone have a replacement part number? It looks like it’s not replaceable which doesn’t seem right. I’m not even sure if I can open and close my door from the outside. Help? The plastic piece on the cable looks ok. Any suggestions?

Could you use one or two plastic zip ties to place around the broken coupling when the cable end is placed in it?

I don’t know but I’d rather get it fixed right. I don’t know if that can be removed and replaced easily or what. A new door panel is about $200 on eBay…I dunno. It pisses me off with all these little plastic pieces we have to deal with

You would have to look at pictures and see if the clip is part of a new handle or not, but it is just a retention clip a zip tie should hold it.
