Door corner dent repair?

Alright, long story short, a girl was getting in my car and hit the door on a horizontal railing. It's on the corner of the door and the paint chipped (about the size of an iphone home button) and the dent is probably an inch long, probably a 1/3" knocked inwards.

What's the proper way to fix it to "back to new" status? And what's the ballpark dollar amount of what I'm going to have to tell her to pony up?

I'd love to associate the door ding and that phrase but that action would be illegal

when my truck got keyed, i got estimates and they ran from $900-1200, but this was also the front quarter panel, front pass, and rear pass doors. SO, yours, probably about $300-500 depending on the place. They told me they had to remove all moldings, mirror, and door handles then repaint the whole door. Not with the black paint, but the clear coat because if they didnt do all the removing then the clear coat could eventually peel away.

I had PDR done on the corner of my rear passenger door. Looks great, but they drill a 1/8" hole in the door jamb. I traded for 1 hr of computer repair labor, which I typically bill out at $55/hr. Was a quick half hour job for a small dent. PDR does not work well on creases however.
