Do these work? Bluetooth radio adapter

Anyone tried using these with a stock radio? For $15, it says you can connect a Bluetooth to an unused radio station.

With nine, count them, NINE marvelous colors, it promises to make my trips more convenient and exciting. Can’t lose, right?

Just wonder how well they work in real life.

Those FM transmitters normally suck. It's FM quality at best

My son that's at college uses one (not that exact same one, but a bluetooth to FM transmitter) on our 2001 that he's driving. It sounds OK, but the volume is low and you have to turn it up quite a bit.
