and back end hit somthing. How easy this gonna be to pop out?

Try warming up the inside and push it out with a soft metal.

Get a heat gun and work the metal. Use it low to avoid bubbling paint

i backed into a safety poll last night a bank, no damage, id be glad it wasnt worse

The hard part about that is that it's on that body line and goes around the corner a little bit.
