Service just called and said, "The transfer case had no clue what it was doing. We re-flashed the computer and now it is working fine".
Let's hope this was a fluke...we shall see.

Sounds like it was stuck in 4X4 lock.
You will feel tires hopping and the chassis twisting on pavement when turning tight.

Another Update: BACK IN SERVICE
Wife drove the truck without issue for 25 miles, then the same problem showed up again. "Service 4WD" on dash and truck can't make sharp turns without a struggle.
It's now been in our possession for 3 days...2 trips back to the dealer for service. Did I really just pay $75k for this thing?
