Does my truck look good without badging? Or should I keep the lettering? I won't remove my moldings until I get some black rims and give in to murdering it.

Almost every car can see a benefit from debadging so you might as well yank them.

I figured it shouldn't even be a question...but I wanna be completely sure before I do yank them off and spend a bit getting that glue off.

I de-badged my '01 Z71 Tahoe and I am thinking about de-badging my current one. I think it looks good either way. Did you just photo shop it de-badged or is it really de-badged already?

It's real. Funny story...one side is debadged and the other isn't.

Someone side-swiped me over the summer, and after we did the few repairs we never got around to ordering the emblems and re-badging it.

BTW I just created an album if you wanna go look!

Zach -- I think it looks good either way. What I DON'T like (nor understand) is when people pull the molding off the doors, but KEEP the lettering. The lettering doesn't look right to me without the reference of the molding under it. Is just looks out of place without the molding.

Oh -- Lower that rear already! ;)

^^^agree x10000% :D No letters with side molding looks ok to me but no molding with letters looks really strange to the eye. The letters on my doors is coming off as soon as it warms up but I plan on keeping the molding on at least for a little while longer.

Haha, there's no way I'd take off the moldings and leave the lettering. Looks weird.

Definitely will be de-badging next time I go to my dad's. He has a heat gun and the eraser wheel that apparently makes de-badging a lot easier.

I'll be leavin the door molding on since it the wifes daily driver. Need as much cushion as I can get on those doors or she'll have them dinged up in no time.

I'm with ya man! I'm leaving my molding on but taking off the letter for the same reason :)

the 2010+ LTZ molding on the red ones look real good :Handshake:

If mine looked like that I'd probably keep the lettering and the molding! :)
