Hello everyone, I am really stumped by the symptoms my truck is experiencing.

Let me give you the full background:
A few months ago, I noticed that my truck would start idling a little rough for a few seconds when stopped, and then smooth out, and then rough again. There were no codes or anything pointing me to what the problem was so I replaced the sparkplugs and cables since my truck had over 110,000 miles which is close to the threshold of having to replace them. I also replaced the cables while I was at it. Unfortunately, that did not solve the problem and the issue kept getting worse to the point that the Check Engine Light came on with Engine Cold Rough Idle and eventually it would show a Cylinder 7 misfire.

I started investigating and it does not appear to be a lifter issue so the next thing that was recommended in my research was to replace the fuel injectors. I purchased ACDELCO injectors and my mechanic friend replaced the injectors, the high pressure fuel lines and the manifold gaskets.
When the truck was first started after replacing them, it was idling very rough and it was showing a few error codes that I did not write down. We realized we probably should clear the fuel-trim so we got a bi-directional ODB2 scanner and reset the fuel trim. Once we did this, the truck started to idle better so I took the truck home thinking that the issue was resolved.

The next morning when I turned it on, the truck was idling rough enough that it was shaking the truck a little. I decided to drive it to work so that the fuel trim system can learn the new injectors and during my drive, the Check Engine Light came on again and when I got to work it was showing codes P219A and P219B.

All that was done a week ago, for the past few days, I have been paying attention and if I let it sit for a few hours, the check engine light goes away while it warms up, even though it idles rough. Once I get moving and get on the freeway, the check engine light comes on within 5 minutes and when I check the codes, P219A and P219B show up again.

I am at a loss as to what is causing this. I have not had my friend take the truck apart yet as I am not sure what I should check. While driving, my scanner shows normal readings. The fuel trim levels never go above 15.0 or -16.0 while driving or idling. However, if I need to break during my drive, as I am breaking, they will both go to exactly 25.0 or 39.0, depending on how fast I was driving when I had to slow down but then will go to 0.0 until I am at a complete stop or accelerate again.

Here is the freeze frame that my scanner shows:

TLDR:
- Truck was idling mildly rough cold, check engine light came on, codes showed misfire on cylinder 7.
- Replaced spark plugs, cables and fuel injectors
- Now truck idles rougher than before when cold, it smooths out after a while and it throws codes P219A and P219B after driving on freeway for a few minutes.

I hope someone has some idea or has seen this before and can tell me what I can look at next. I am getting ready to take it to a shop.

Thank you very much for your time.
