i just picked up dart heads. what kind of power gain am i looking out with these bad boys?

well im putting it on a 5.7l vortec. flat top forged piston, bord 30. cammed. there iron eagle dart heads

What size valves, runners, cc, etc? I had a set of Dart Iron Eagle heads on a 383 that made 513 rwhp. The heads had 2.02/1.94 valves and 215cc intake runners. They're nice heads and made almost 50 more hp over the worked over p&p'ed stock heads I had on the same motor before the head swap.
What type of intake are you using and which cam?

64cc, runner vol 220. 600lift, 2.02 valves an 1.6 exhaust valves.. tats what i just got told. hh.

220 runners are rather large for an old school small block. You have enough in the rest of the engine to use that much runner volume??

true, that may kill low end, on a Tahoe/Yukon, I'd done 180cc if not 165cc's.

My buddy was running Brodix Track 1 heads on his stroked SBF, they are 221cc runner out of the box. He ran them unported, he had LOTS of cam, LOTS of carb and ran high 9s/low 10s. If that size runner worked for him I'm gonna go ahead and say it's not going to work for you. LOL

even if i got higher compresstion then stock? i got flat top trw pistons, 509.528 284.292 cam im sure. i dont have the specs with me, bord 30 over, rods, pacesetter headers, k&n intake, little bigger throttle body, tb spacer, 150shot of nitrous, 4.10 gears. thats all i can thank of.
