Cutting off

So a couple days ago my battery had died on me well I changed the battery and alternator. It cranks up good but every time I put it in gear it shuts off anyone might know why.

Worked perfectly before the event you describe with your battery?

Does it sputter and die? Does it surge when it starts? What happens if you let it warm up (to say 180F) then put in gear?

What happens if you give it a little gas (take RPM up to say 1000) and then shift into gear? Note this takes your IAC out of the loop.

Any DTCs?

Is your air intake connected?

What about your MAF, MAP, Crank, and cam sensors?

What does your voltage gauge read? Is it up to 14volts when you start it?
