I have a Cadillac that is coming off lease this May. I would be willing to get out of it now if GM would not charge me anything and get into a Yukon ..... does GM have a customer retention department. I called GMAC and they basically told me to go blow ...... guess that's how the government runs a company. Any ideas on how I can make this happen. I don't want to have to pay out the remaining money owed on the lease just to get out of it now.
