Custom steering wheel

thinking about a new steering wheel for this year and was just curious what you guys have,the cost and how you like it.i have looked at a few but not really sure if its a big deal that mine has an airbag. i would want one without. anyway its a 99 yuk.with airbag.

IIRC, I think I got the steering wheel for like $180 and the hub adapter for like $60. Ebay specials...
I jumped on the deal of the steering wheel, but word of advice, get one with a half-wrap since you live up north. Otherwise you will get wicked frostbite on your hands...
I really wanted a Intro Wheels steering wheel or B.A.D. steering wheel, but you just can't find any used ones running around...

so i have found a few nice wheels but the addaptor says there only good til 1994...guess i gotta keep lookin. #30735 billit specialties is the one i like so far.

i never was in to changing steering wheels cause it kind of takes away from a clean looking interior but i gotta say that steering will is f'n sick man

ahhh i found the 96-03 addaptors but its $403.80 without shipping for the complete setup. steering wheel,half wrap leather,center cap,and addaptor...kinda steep....but very slick lookin!

why do you want to ditch the airbag?

i always wear my seatbelt on the highway. there are very few things you touch all the time while driving. may as well have a awsome steering wheel in my grip.(if i can afford it) lol.
