Wrong section but I believe GM has limits on what speeds cruise control be activated at and changing that would require a lot of tinkering with the BCM or ECU.

Thanks. I had a 77 Nova COPO 9C1. Got it from the factory. It came with the same 140mph speedometer that the PPV has. It locked in at 16mph. I was thinking that the PPV could do the same.
