Connected Phone Not Displayed

2025 Yukon Denali 3.0l Duramax

After numerous dealer updates to solve various problems, the connected iPhone name stopped appearing at the top of the infotainment screen. OnStar could not solve this after several attempts at disconnecting, forgetting, restarting the phone and infotainment screen. The phone is in fact connected however just not displayed as before.

Is this a setting I have overlooked or yet another trip back to the dealer?

Bumping this before once again addressing this with dealer service. Can others confirm that their iPhone name is displayed as shown in below photo? I'm unaware of any setting to change to have this feature restored. I did the pairing, unparing, forgetting, reparing, countless times to no avail.

The Dealer claimed to have consulted the Field Engineer who said this feature was removed with no explanation as to why. It may be restored in a future update.

I wish GM was required by law to provide a written explanation (printed sheet or document via email) of ANY software update (change) done to a customer’s vehicle - whether over-the-air or by a dealer (and exactly what changes were done).
