Remember a cai is less restrictive on air so more air will get it with less effort so a couple mpgs better and a lil better power response well worth an upgrade and isnt really expensive

You should get a little better, but that is only if you can keep your foot out of it, which will be hard because an intake will make your truck sound great, and you'll want to hear it. I am a big fan of K&N:

But I've heard good things about the Airaid Jr. kit:

http://www.amazon.com/Airaid-200-912-M-I-T-Modular-Intake/dp/B0006ODWE6

with a K&N filter:

Blackbear did a test, and those 2 scored the highest IIRC.

I think the k&n is whats next since i put my corsa sport on my denali. I got 19.0 mpg's cruising on the highway at 67mph when the truck was only dropped. I havent put any serious highway driving on it since the corsa and when i go to vermont this week ill have a roof box on so thats not an accurate idea on mpg's.

I got he one on sale and it works great... I lost mileage though as I like the sound it makes when the foot is to the floor... But after two tanks I calmed down. Before I was averaging 13.73 a gallon and now I am getting 14.217 a gallon. Not a huge differance but with gas going north the way it is any little bit helps.

+1 on the Volant. I had it before the BB testing. I might have bought differently. Though you can't go wrong with the Vôlant. Easy install and quality materials. Mine has the new viewing window so you can check the filter without taking off the cover.

And it sounds wicked when you squeeze the pedal!:D

Went with Airaid brand 201-145 at $281.44 shipped to my front door. Installed it last night and it sounds so good. Definitely recommend them. This is the full CAI. The tube and filter are running about $13x.xx shipped. I spent the money and got the complete thing. I think the box are pretty good stock not much gain with the extra box maybe about 2-3HP more.
