Code P0 452

Need some input on this code P0 452. I replaced the fuel pressure sensor on the gas tank.. Didn't clear the cel and the truck stumbles at speed. Anyone else had this issue? 99 Tahoe...

after a day of driving, the code cleared itself. i tried to clear it myself by disconnecting the battery but it didnt clear it...... after drivind for a day, it cleared itself out
