I just ordered some led bumper lights that are similar, but there is no reflector on the end. hopefully the build quality will be a little better than what you experienced! I also wonder if we will have problems with the voltage spikes on the DRL's that cause them to go out all the time.

Let me guess those are for the yukon because i searched everywhere for those without the reflector for the tahoe and they dnt make em.. only the all clear bulbs no amber and that's illegal here..:emotions122:

yeah tahoe vs yukon (except denali) doesn't matter, they just didn't title it well enough to catch both searches i'm guessing. If you are looking for something on ebay, best bet is to try searching for anything compatible, like: tahoe, yukon, sierra, silverado, suburban. each search may come up with different options that will work for your vehicle.

Update: The right (passenger side)light is defective. The inner 3 front facing
amber leds do not come on at all (the coresponding downward facing ones
will), but the all the amber led's except for the two tiny side ones will
come on and off intermittently when one of the wires is moved. Just sent the seller an email, let's see how they rectify the situation.

They do look really good though.

OP were you able to open the whole unit up to get inside it? I see a few screws, but I'm wondering if it is also siliconed shut or whatnot.

the inner ones, the DRLS? and downward ones? Lost me there... but sounds like bad connections... If they go off and on...keep us informed, b/c im fixing to buy some for a friends bday gift. (was going w/ the motorblvd) b/c of previous.

yeah, i dont think it really matters how much you spend. All of them are basically made from the same Taiwan place, distributed to diff. companies and sold to us. Some are good some arent. All part of buying something made in very mass quantities. Glad yours work now.

I purchased those some lights earlier this year and they work great only problem is with this heat and humidity i have a real bad condensation problem. i must of poured out about a half a cup of water between the two of them. Any suggestions on solving this problem. Thanks.

Silicone them. I had the same issue, here in houston. But goes away.. Just silicone the part that plugs into the light and you should be good. I did and has been fine since. Basically get a good seal around the plug

Yeah, each forward main led has one that is underneath it that faces downward toward the reflector. since three of the main leds are not coming on, it means there is a problem with the inner circuit board or connections/solder points, which would require opening the housing to get at them. not sure if this is possible, didn't want to try pulling it apart. The intermittent wire connection is also at an internal point, the connections at the plugs seem to be fine.

MotorBlvd got back to me, I gave them a deposit to ship out a new pass side light, and then I'll ship them back the defective one for a refund on the deposit, that way I can at least keep them in the veh for now, and also keep the working driver side one, rather than ship the pair back and chance getting a defective one on the other side.
