Hello everyone. Need a quick favor. The rear cupholder on my center console has a busted latch and I can't find any images of what it's supposed to look like.

Could someone take a pic of theirs and post it so I can potentially fix it? Thanks!

Here's what mine looks like.

No, I have that part. It's the other side. The part where it "closes" or, "latches" to stay shut. Thanks for your time!!

Oh, there isn’t much there. Mine doesn’t really stay closed or “latch” in place. The little rubber thing is something I stuck on there to try to keep it from rattling. It has a piece of felt on the male end, not sure that it does much now.

Thanks so much for your help and time!

Have a great one!!

Just in case you wanted to know, think I've fixed this. Added 3 layers of duct tape to the slot end and it seems to work great...so far!

Thanks, I’ll have to try something like that on mine. It’s always been loose and rattled around.

I suggest removing it and then removing the cups! Especially if you have big hands or fat fingers. Also, have a small flat edged piece with you to smooth down the tape. I used a fingernail file.

My back seats were down and I have a bunch of crap in the back so I couldn't take a pic as I couldn't open it. But mine just flaps about and doesn't latch back so it's probably broken too. Always been like it and so I didn't think it would be much use.

Might just put some tape on mine now though!
