Has anyone figured out how to put a slide in the area behind the passenger bucket seats

I've thought about the same thing. If the length works, then I'd pull out the rear carpet and set it in. Mark the mounting holes with a marker and see where they land (inspect below the floor panels for wiring, etc). If it's all clear, get some of the nut-zerts you put into a drilled hole and crimp tight with the corresponding bolt. They work slick and mount flush. You could then install the carpet again if you wanted and make access holes.

I've seen them in pickup truck beds with caps, so you may want to search for that ready-made product for ideas, if you have not already done so.

SINCE my POST.. Ive learned that RV SLIDEs are the way to go. Since the area is so small I decided to put a tool box in the rear and a TRACTOR SUPPY 20 x 40 plastic tote behind it. This is my updated F250 repalcement.. FILLs up the rear

Thinking about this RV SLIDE at $600...It's just under 48" wide and 36" long.
And bolting a flip-up cargo surface on top with recessed d-rings. (Trying to make the cargo surface same height as folded down passenger bench)

Can only extend 60% of length, so only 21.6". Enough to extend past the rear bumper and not much else..
Also, it does not appear to lock in the extended position..

Wish there was one 42" deep that could extend 100%... that doesn't cost $1600+..
