Can a pro read my plugs for me?

The fact that the plug showed a good contact at the tapered seat, with the head, shows that the oil is not coming from inside the cylinder. It has to be from an outside source. Look at all the 45 degree taper seats on the plugs and they show a clean contact with the heads and that means they were installed correctly and seated properly. Those seats are the shiny metal taper at the top of the threads. All good.

If you have oil coming through the threads from inside the engine then you have big trouble lol. As in there would be fuel and exhaust coming through too, right? They look fine for 200k.

Would there be a reason there's a decent amount of water that comes out of the exhaust (air-conditioning is off) it's not like a hose or anything, just seems like more than normal, like it drips

Some condensation out the tailpipe is normal. Are you losing coolant?
