Bumper switch, Paint Bumper or Powder Coat? Help

Need your opinion\help I want to change up the front of my 02 yukon XL. I was thinking of either buying a evo bumper or color matching the chrome and lower valance by either painting them green or powder coating them green..What are your thoughts?

If you have the cash to do it, I'd powder coat them. Shouldn't chip as easy.
