Bumper lights. Help please

I replaced my blinker lights with LED's and now my blinker blinks twice as fast. Do I need a resistor or something?

Either that or a new flasher relay. I know in the 2005's, NAPA sells a replacement multi-function that works. The part number is LM487. You might want to see if there's an equivalent for the 2000's.
